Located on top of the hill at Filitzi, only 8km away from the beautiful picturesque fishing village of Naoussa. This traditional Cycladic villa boasts of its unique location due to it’s panoramic views of the sea and the countryside.
Description
Filitzi Villa consists of 3 buildings. The largest which is considered as the main building and 2 separate guest rooms which lay amidst the property’s garden composed of local vegetation mixed with olive trees. All 3 buildings face the pool and face the extensive sea views. A pergola covers the pool side lounge area and one of the outdoor dining areas that features the BBQ and bar space. The second dining area (ideal for breakfast) is located on the kitchen’s terrace, also covered with a pergola.
The main house consists of: a living room (with plasma TV) & dining room area with open plan kitchen. 1 Master Bedroom with double bed, A/C and en-suite bathroom (upper level, panoramic sea view). 2 Guest Bedrooms with two twin beds each, A/C and en-suite bathrooms (lower level, with direct access to pool area). Master TV room/ Play room (lower level). All amenities: personnel’s quarters and laundry room (lower level).
