Location
This delightful island residence stands on the edge of Berdemiaros, a listed settlement right next to the picturesque village of Triandaros in the southern part of Tinos. The elevated location on a tranquil hillside affords magnificent views of the sparkling blue Aegean and the islands of Mykonos, Delos and Syros in the distance. The traditional settlement was built mainly in the 17th century, though some dwellings may have stood from as early as the 13th-14th century. Most of the old houses have been lovingly restored with respect for authentic detail.
Though secluded, the location is just a short drive from Tinos town and port, as well as unspoiled Lychnaftia beach. Apart from enchanting Triandaros with its fine examples of Cycladic architecture, guests can explore other nearby hamlets such as Arnados, site of the 10th century Convent of Kechrovouniou, one of the largest in Greece, Dyo Horia with its inviting cafés and splendid fountain, or Moudados with its beautiful churches. At nearby tavernas, guests can discover the island’s rich culinary offering, made with fresh, local ingredients.

Description
Laid out on two levels occupying 75 m2, this attractive island home is one of two independent residences standing one above the other. It can be rented separately or together with Berdemiaros Villa II directly below (2 bedrooms, sleeps 4), with which it is connected via an outdoor independent entrance.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room, small dining area and fully equipped kitchen corner. French doors open to a large private courtyard with stylish patio furniture, the perfect spot for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a leisurely drink while taking in the magnificent view.
The bedroom with a double bed and mosquito net is on the upper level, along with the bathroom, which has a shower unit, wash basin and WC. The bedroom opens onto a romantic terrace that is ideal for private moments with a good book.
The carefully designed interior, tastefully decorated with authentic furnishings and antique items, exudes traditional charm and character. While the outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting for an al fresco lifestyle of sun-soaked afternoons and cool evenings alone or with friends.
