Leo’s Beach House is situated in the bay of Groikos, 4 km from Chora and Skala, respectively. A fisherman’s old stone house, it has been recently renovated and fully equipped to accommodate 6-7 people.
Leo’s house is one of the few remaining beachfront houses of the island, located just 20 meters from the shore. Its unpretentious elegance, unobstructed view and access to the water, make it an ideal choice for a uniquely relaxed holiday experience.

Description
The house is comprised of two floors connected with an outside stairway. The main floor is comprised of a beachfront living-room equipped with a traditional king-size wooden sofa that sleeps 2 adults, dining-room, kitchen, a master bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
The top floor, accessible also through a separate side entrance, is comprised of a studio with a small en suite kitchen and bathroom that accommodates up to 3 people. There are 4 outside areas: 2 beachfront porches, a side-yard with a bbq, and a top floor veranda with an exquisite view of the bay.
