Location
This charming residence stands in an unfrequented spot on the island’s tranquil southeast coast. The location is literally a stone’s throw from Lychnaftia beach, a quiet unspoiled stretch of sand, shingle and pebbles washed by the clear blue waters of the Aegean, with no umbrellas, tavernas or bars to mar the natural setting. Off the beaten track, yet only 7 km. from the main town and port of Tinos, the house stands just 50 m. from the beach and is easily accessed by road from the nearby picturesque village of Triandaros.
Description
The house itself occupies 120 m2, while the entire property covers a total area of 400 m2. Three patios, two of which are shaded, have been created in such a way as to provide shelter from the north wind, making them ideal for dining and general chilling out to the sound of the sea waves. There are three double bedrooms, one of which has an independent entrance from one of the patio areas, along with three WC/shower rooms and an outdoor shower.

A 10-minute drive takes you to charming Triandaros with its tavernas, local bakery and mini-market, just one of the traditional villages in the surrounding area that is waiting to be explored either by car or on foot.
