Location
Standing amidst lush vegetation at the edge of Loutra, this traditional stone-built villa is just as full of character as the picturesque village itself. Conveniently located in the centre of the island, Loutra is one of the oldest villages on Tinos, noted for its serenity and authentic Cycladic architecture. Set in an unspoilt landscape, it has only a handful of year-round residents whose way of life has changed little over the centuries.
Attractions for visitors include the Ursuline Convent and the Jesuit Monastery, which houses a fascinating folklore museum. An extensive network of old footpaths allows visitors to explore the surrounding countryside or plan all-day hikes, during which they will discover ancient ruins, natural springs, dovecots, windmills and old churches. In addition, the villa is only a short drive to the nearest beaches and Tinos’ main town and harbour.

Description
Set in a lush garden, the attractive 260 m2 villa is laid out on two levels and has been renovated throughout. The tastefully decorated interior retains all the traditional local character, with authentic details such as the original wooden beams in the ceiling, stone floors and antique furnishings.
On the lower level, the master bedroom has a built-in double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and en-suite shower/WC. This bedroom is accessed from the in between space, which has two single sofa beds (0.70 x 2 m) that are ideal for children. The second bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2 m) next to the laundry room, and a bathroom with shower/WC off the main hall. Small windows on this level mean the interior spaces are not as brightly illuminated with natural light.
On the upper level, the third bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and adjacent shower/WC. Here, the spacious living room features a fireplace and an adjoining dining area with a large wooden table for six. This level, on which the fully equipped kitchen is also located, affords direct access to the terrace and the outdoor sitting area in the garden, where guests can relax or dine.
