The residence is located on the southern part of the island sitting on the edge of a two-sided valley estate between Kalo Ambeli and Vagia (Koutalas) Bays. It features east-south-west orientation with astonishing 180 (east-south-west) degrees views of the Aegean facing from east to west the islands of Sifnos, Kimolos, Milos and Antimilos on the background and Seagull island (Glaronissi), Vagia beach and Vagia theatrical-shaped valley on the foreground. It features unparallel sunset views, as well as unforgettable star-watching experience at night due to its secluded, open air location.

Vagia Residence is part of a 3-acre (12,000 sqm.) property that offers privacy and direct contact with wild Cycladic-style nature. Built on 3 different levels reflecting a state-of-the-art restoration of the original structure of four (including a traditional stove) traditional stone-built agricultural residencies built in the early years of the 20th century. The interiors are furnished with emphasis on traditional elegance providing both style, simplicity and comfort for its guests. It is the outdoor areas though that offer sheer delight throughout the day. Its three level layout provides guests with multiple leisure alternatives and privacy escapes. There are six sitting areas to relax in. Lower Level sleeps 5 including children: Entrance yard with sitting/dining outdoor area, living-dining room with sofa bed, kitchen and traditional wood oven, guest bathroom, master bedroom with double bed and staff/children upper-lower berth bedroom.

Middle Level sleeps 2: Courtyard with outdoor traditional wood oven, traditional kitchen work-top bench, two terasses overlooking the Aegean and a bedroom with double bed with its own guest bathroom.

Upper level sleeps 5 including children: Terrace with sitting/dining outdoor area, and loft open space with kitchen dining-living room, guest bathroom and a loft double bed above kitchen area, sofa single bed and a double bed in living room
