The residence is located in the picturesque village of Artemonas, just a short walk from the lovely square with several coffee shop and taverna options, where no cars are allowed at night and kids can play freely. Tranquil Artemonas is renowned for its amazing views, narrow winding streets, striking old churches and neoclassical mansions set in verdant gardens, but also traditional pastry shops famous for loukoumades topped with hot chocolate sauce. In summer, guests can watch films under the stars at the charming outdoor cinema. The island’s main town, Apollonia, with its bars, restaurants and craft shops is just a 10-minute walk, while several excellent beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car or bus.

The house is laid out on two levels, the ground floor (80 m2) and first floor (100 m2), which can also be rented separately.
On the ground floor there are two separate bedroom areas, each with a double bed (one king-size) and ensuite bathroom (toilet and shower). One of the bedrooms also has a large sofa and dressing room. Outside, there is a spacious, paved yard – ideal for relaxing or chilling out with a book in the shade of a pergola - plus an outdoor kitchen, storeroom and a shower that offers privacy.
The first floor has two bedrooms, one of which – with two single beds – enjoys mountain and sunset views, while the other has a double bed with ensuite bathroom (toilet and shower). There is also a separate WC. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, this level additionally features a comfortable living/dining room with a large monastery-style table and benches (seats 10), a five-seat sofa and two pouf-armchairs. An inviting veranda with seating provides an attractive outdoor area for lounging or entertaining.
