Washed by crystal-clear waters and relatively protected from the wind, the unspoiled, sandy beach of Agios Sostis is a world away from the busy beaches to the south, and easily reached by a footpath from the house. Guests seeking a little more in terms of amenities, will have no trouble finding them at other nearby beaches, such as Panormos (1.5 km). The location of the house also means that guests are just a few minutes’ walk from Kiki’s, a cosy taverna that has gained cult status.

The house is laid out on two levels and in effect comprises two residences in one building, each with a separate entrance for extra privacy. One residence comprises a large, double-height lounge featuring a gallery loft with two single beds, with open-plan en-suite shower room and WC. On the same level as the lounge is the master bedroom with king size bed, open-plan en-suite bathroom, direct access to the pool, and a balcony with sea views. In addition, there is one double bedroom with open-plan en-suite shower room. In addition to a guest WC, the living and dining area includes a fully equipped ‘connoisseur’s’ kitchen with Corian countertops and top-of-the-line appliances by Gaggenau and Miele.
Having its own entrance, the lower garden level of the house has a large open-plan living room with kitchenette and dining area. There are two spacious double bedrooms, one looking onto a cour anglaise, the other with French doors and sea views. Both have en-suite shower rooms. In addition, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On this level there is also a smaller bedroom with a separate entrance, ideal for a nanny or teenagers.
Outside, the infinity pool has a natural, salt-water chlorination system (no chlorine added). Wooden pergolas provide shade for the comfortable lounge and dining areas, without obstructing the enchanting sea views.
