This contemporary Greek Cycladic Villa is located in Agios Georgios, 12km from Antiparos Village. The villa is set on a 1000m2 property and has sea views and great rural landscape views. The sandy beach of Agios Georgios is a 10minute walk away, and the town of Antiparos is easily accessed by car. This is an ideal location for those who want a peaceful holiday within easy reach of shops and life in town. The Villa was built in 2009 with an interior that has been classically and simply decorated in earth tones. Built on two levels this five bedroom villa has the benefit of two separate entrances. You can rent the whole of the Villa or if you wish to just rent the guest area which sleeps up to 6 guests.
Description
Main House: One entrance leads to the main house which has a large living room, open plan kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. From the dining room you step out onto a covered terrace, which is an outdoor dining area with cushioned seats where you can relax with a magazine out of the midday sun. There is also a covered bbq area and a second outdoor dining area on the east side of the house. On the first floor of the main house there are two bedrooms both with en-suite shower-rooms. The masterbedroom has a kingsize bed as well as a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be joined together.
Guest Area: The entrance to the guest area on the ground floor leads onto a living/sleeping area with two single beds that can either be used as beds or a sofa. There is a kitchenette and second bedroom with two single beds, and a shower-room. A staircase at the back of the house leads to the fifth bedroom, which has a double bed and en-suite shower-room.
