Kea is not similar to the other Cyclades islands but has her own unique character. The unique geography consists of small bays protected from the strong Aegean winds, peninsulas and sea caves, the inland with the organized hills and small mountains covered in the narrow plots of land forming the traditional island steps, the riverbanks of Tzia, the cultivated land and numerous water springs. Kea offers a nearby destination for the holiday maker, a fairytale for the traveler and a natural paradise for the hiker.
Description
The house consists of two one-storey parallel individual blocks on different levels overlooking the entrance to the Otzia Gulf and the Aegean and Attica coast beyond. It has a total area of about 230m2 and is situated on a gently sloping 1.2-acre plot facing northwest, 6km from the island’s main port, via a municipal paved road.
All rooms share the same seaward view. The house is thoroughly insulated and further more, the bedrooms and the study are equipped with ceiling fans. Layout consists of:
Guest room 1 - 1 queen size bed + kitchenette + bathroom
Guest room 2 - queen size bed + 2 single beds shared kitchenette + bathroom
Master bedroom - queen size bed + bathroom + kitchen
Study room - sofabed turns into queen size bed
