Located at the picturesque village of Pyrgos Kallistis or simply Pyrgos (‘’Tower’’), the village is built amphitheatrically on a hill that offers magnificent views of the island in almost all directions.
The villa is at “Voreina” (Northern) region located beneath the remains of the Venetian castle called ‘’Kasteli’’ which is at the top of the hill. This settlement has maintained all of its tradition with medieval narrow streets, fortified walls, and hidden passages and the unique Cycladic local architecture.

Description
Small but at the same time spacious this villa copes with the expectations of it’s history. Built in an old wine and tsipouro (traditional Cretan alcohol drink) factory it will give you the sense of the original Greek culture. This villa has been restored with a deep understanding for its traditional Santorini architecture using the old style of polished cement and eco-friendly materials. The whole renovation effort was based on the notion of "inserting" a new use (vacation housing) in the old structure while maintaining the spatial qualities of the original architecture.
Among the accommodation are a master bedroom with a double bed and panoramic views of the Aegean sea, an en-suite bathroom, an open plan living area with a sofa and a equipped kitchenette. This small villa having also the comfort of a terrace pool with a breathtaking view of the sunset is unique for quiet evenings in with lots of wine and great company. Due to its layout, all four villas (Milos , Canava, Katikia & Katoy) can be rented as separate or all together.
