This luxury residence stands in a privileged location overlooking Skala, the main port of Patmos. The elevated position on the hill of Kastelli affords stunning panoramic views of the picturesque bay, the shimmering blue sea, and the majestic town of Chora. Kastelli is considered the island's most important archaeological site, as attested by ruins of a 4th century BC fortified acropolis and the foundations of a temple dedicated to Apollo. Guests arriving and leaving with luggage are able to drive right up to the entrance of The Eyrie, but during their stay they can use the stepped pathway to reach the lively port and the nearest beach on foot. Skala offers a great selection of shops, cafès, bars and tavernas, while its location in the centre of the island makes it an ideal starting point for exploration and discovery.

The Eyrie is an elegant, tastefully designed 180 m2 residence, newly built on two levels with respect for traditional Dodecanese architecture, in a short row of similarly-styled properties.
The ground floor has a spacious open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room with a dining area for 10 persons, plus a bathroom with shower and WC. There are also two charming bedrooms, one with a double four-poster bed, and the other with two comfortable single beds that can easily be combined for use as a king-size bed.
Outside on this level, there is a large terrace at the rear with a built-in-sofa and table for six. This is the perfect spot for your breakfast, delivered in a basket right to your door any time between 9:00 and 12:00, featuring a wonderful selection of delicious fresh bread, homemade marmalades, pure Greek honey, fresh juices, filter coffee and much more.
At one end of the terrace there is a separate bath and shower facility where you can enjoy a unique hammam and aromatherapy experience. While at the front, another spacious terrace provides amazing views of the port, the sea and Chora, which you can also take in from the relaxing comfort of the hydro massage spa pool (approximately 10 m2). This terrace additionally has inviting sofas and an outdoor dining table for 10 persons.
The first floor is accessed either by an independent exterior entrance or an internal staircase that can also be closed off to create a self-contained level. On this upper floor there is a double bedroom with a view of Skala, a bathroom with shower and WC, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen, and an attractive living room with two sofas that can also serve as comfortable single beds. Both the bedroom and the living room have balconies with gorgeous sea views.
