Standing in a tranquil garden, just a few minutes’ drive from the picturesque village of Naoussa, the villa offers the best of both worlds: stunning views of the nearby coast, the enchanting islet of Agia Kali and the shimmering blue Aegean, combined with luxury living in a serene rural setting. Arriving at the 2,000 m2 property, enclosed by a stone wall for greater privacy, guests are greeted by the sight of the well-tended Mediterranean garden. The villa itself consists of two adjacent, independent buildings (166 m2 in total), constructed with traditional materials and techniques in line with the island’s authentic, sculpture-like architecture. The tasteful interior décor is in the ‘Modern Mediterranean’ style. Every detail has been carefully considered, including the bright light of the Cyclades, to maximise the sense of tranquillity, relaxation and comfort which is so conducive to the indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
Laid out on ground level, the main house is cooled by a central air-conditioning unit. The entrance leads to the spacious, open-plan living and kitchen area, bathed in bright sunlight that streams through thoughtfully positioned windows and doors. Affording direct access to the outdoor spaces, the luxurious, modern kitchen, fully equipped with Miele and Smeg appliances, is the hub of the house. On the same level there are two large, air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms, along with a guest WC.
Just outside the kitchen, the covered dining area features a long table in the shade of a pergola, adjacent to a comfortable outdoor sitting area and the private pool with sun loungers. And a little secret… the well-kept vegetable garden at the back of the main house is a great source of fresh ingredients for your culinary needs!
