Steps lead down from the villa to a picturesque, secluded cove, from where guests can take a dip in the crystalline water, snorkel and explore the island’s southern shoreline in kayaks. The surrounding countryside offers plenty of opportunities for walking, hiking and photography. Though private and secluded, the villa is just a 10-minute drive or 20 minute walk to the port town of Livadi, where one will find a charming selection of tavernas, bars, grocery stores and shops. Description
The villa has recently been completely renovated by an internationally renowned interior designer. The main house comprises of a spacious fully equipped kitchen with marble and stainless steel countertops and two glass-front Sub Zero refrigerators, along with a pantry, laundry room, dining room, living room, two bedrooms (each with en-suite bathroom) and two large outdoor areas that are designed for both al fresco dining and socializing.
One level down, there are three more beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own entrance, marble bathroom and balcony. On the lowest level, just above the water, there is a sixth bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and private terrace.
The bedrooms offer a selection of king size, queen size and twin beds and in addition to enchanting views of the sea and surrounding countryside, all have air-conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure absolute comfort.
Outside, there are four large, attractively landscaped terraces with pergolas, lounge seating, sun chairs and umbrellas, including the two dining areas which each seat up to 16 people. This idyllic picture of peace, relaxation and comfort is completed by an olive grove as well as a number of fig, lemon and pear trees.
