Due to its majestic location, one has the feeling of floating over the Aegean, with Lia Bay at your feet and the secluded Tigani Beach minutes from your property.

Drakothea complex consists of three buildings, the main and the 2 guest houses, and an impressive infinity - edge lap pool with considerable depth and rocks in and around it.
The main building consists of 3 bedrooms (build - in double beds) with en-suite bathrooms, their own fire-places as well as a very functional central heating, making the house very comfortable even during the winter months. All major rooms open to a patio, balcony or terrace, where one can dine, sunbathe or lounge undisturbed. The common areas are very spacious and large.
The ground floor of the main house contains a very elegant dinning area and an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender etc. Drapes of white see-through fabric hang flowing gracefully to separate the room from the entrance. Through arched passages you move into a spacious, round, stone carved living room with comfortable build in sofas all around and an impressive fire-place as a focal point.
A stoa, semi-carved in the natural rock, leads to the first guest bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet and a private terrace with great views to the pool and the sea. The bedroom is very spacious and besides the king size double bed it also has a second bed in a natural alcove making the room perfect for 3 persons
On the first floor contains the large and chic master bedroom with a unique domed-ceiling en-suit bathroom with coloured glasses, that creates a spectacular effect. Again it’s own private balcony overlooking the pool and the garden.
A couple of steps higher you find the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom with it’s large bay window overlooking the panoramic views. The staircase connecting the two levels resembles a natural rock cavity, while hosting a small bathroom and a shower area.
The first floor leads out to a very large veranda which hosts a pergola-shaded dinning terrace, with superb, panoramic sea and garden views.
The first guest house has a bedroom and a bathroom and goes out to a beautiful private terrace with spectacular views.
The second guest house is located in the garden beside the infinity pool.It is large in size with en-suite bathroom. Designed in a cave-like style, has a king size bed in a stoa-like alcove and a second double bed inside a cave-like part of the wall with direct access to the beautiful garden with sea views.
Drakothea is tastefully decorated with antiques and art pieces and special attention paid to every detail. This is a house with intimate charm, elegance and style, without compromising the needs of a modern,contemporary house.
The villa´s exterior is very spacious, with a lot of lounging areas around the pool, 3 outside sitting areas under traditional style pergolas and a stone oven/barbeque. Elegant grounds, in traditional Mykonian style, nestle in secluded walled gardens. Olive trees, bushes, shrubs and cacti among the rocks, form beautiful landscapes. The deck is equipped with elegant ,wood furniture. Pool and garden maintenance, as well as 4 hour daily maid service keep the property neat and comfortable for the guests.
