Directly overlooking pristine Lia beach, the villa enjoys a privileged location that combines peaceful seclusion with easy access to the island’s main port, where guests can meet new friends and sample Serifos’ authentic cuisine. The villa affords uninterrupted, truly sublime views of the beach, the sparkling blue sea, the islet of Vous and the surrounding countryside. The sand and pebble beach – reached by a series of 30 steps – is rarely busy, evoking a quintessentially Greek sense of simplicity. For guests at the villa, this idyllic setting is complemented by the soothing sound of the sea lapping on the shore.

The exterior features exquisite stone work in line with the island’s traditional architectural style, so that the villa blends harmoniously into the landscape. Thanks to its east-facing orientation, guests are treated to spectacular sunrises.
The 120 m2 villa has three bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with two single beds. In addition there are three bathrooms (one en-suite, one shower room and one WC).
Tastefully decorated throughout, the bright contemporary décor is enlivened with attractive nautical motifs along with some impressive antique furnishings and decorative items. Thanks to good insulation and the gentle sea breeze, there is no need for air-conditioning, although there are some floor fans.
The comfortable, open-plan sitting and dining area is cheerful and inviting, bathed in natural light that streams in through large windows. While the outdoor sitting area is equipped with tables, deckchairs and for added convenience, a shower.
