Harmoniously settled in its natural surroundings with undistracted sea views, the house is just 200 meters walk to the sandy beach of Soros which is located in the southern part of Antiparos. Its privileged location offers a variety of taverns and a short drive to other beautiful beaches such as Faneromeni and Agios Georgios. Other highlights to visit would be the Archaic Sanctuary on the small un-inhabited island of “Despotiko”, the stalactite cave on the hill of Agios Ioannis or the town’s main attraction “Kastro”.

Villa Thea with its modern Mediterranean style is set on 3 levels consisting of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor - double bedroom with ensuite bathroom as well as a single bedroom ideal for a child. On the first floor - double bedroom with its own balcony with sea views and ensuite bathroom. Lower level - family room with ensuite bathroom. A/c in all bedrooms.
On the ground floor an open plan living room, fully equipped kitchen leading out to two outdoor sitting areas. Located at the main house entrance is a shaded open-air play area and the other is accessed from the living room, out into a comfortable outdoor lounge area where one can enjoy the sea views and its surrounding Mediterranean garden.
A few steps lower is the pool area, featuring an infinity pool, built-in stone sofa fixtures and a spacious outdoor dining facility. The pool area is also equipped with a barbecue facility, small kitchenette, restroom as well as an outdoor shower.
Surrounding the pool area, in the garden, is a beautiful playground facility, built with child-safe wooden fixtures ideal for families with children to enjoy.
Villa Thea can be rented separately or together with the neighbouring property Villa Hestia for larger groups.
