Perched on a hillside in the shade of olive and plane trees, the strikingly picturesque village of Kardiani lies to the northwest of the island’s main town, Chora. Narrow, stone-paved alleys wind past whitewashed houses with inviting courtyards and balconies ablaze with brightly coloured flowers. Celebrated for its springs, fountains, traditional architecture and breathtaking sunset views, Kardiani offers an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. But guests are not completely cut off, as there are two tavernas in the village, even a cocktail bar that is easily reached by car or a 15-minute walk up an old path. The nearest beaches can be accessed by bus (once or twice daily from the village), by car (rentals available in Chora), and on foot (+\- 30 mins.) along old pathways. Kardiani is also a perfect base for walking and hiking, with well-marked trails of varying lengths and difficulty crisscrossing the entire island.

Park your car in the designated parking area and enjoy a scenic walk through the traditional pedestrian paths of the village to reach the property (approximately 10 minutes). The house is located just above the well-known café, where you can enjoy coffee, lunch, or dinner.
Like most houses in Kardiani, the residence is built with stone and marble quarried on the island and has been carefully renovated to preserve its traditional character while offering modern comfort. Its elevated position provides natural coolness during the summer months and breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, parts of the village, and the sparkling blue sea.
With approximately 150 m² of interior space (including the katoi) + 18m2 the garden house, the house can accommodate up to eight guests.
The main house features a living room, a traditional fully equipped kitchen, and a private bedroom with a double bed. Above the living room, an open loft sleeping area with a double bed (no door) is ideal for children. These sleeping areas share one bathroom with a shower.
Two additional independent guest rooms offer extra privacy: one located in the garden with its own entrance and shower/WC, and another separate unit below the main house, also with an independent entrance and shower/WC.
Guests can enjoy meals in the indoor dining area or outside on the balconies with stunning views. The garden also features an outdoor kitchen area, perfect for al fresco dinners.
