Overlooking the sheltered bay of Vathy on the island’s southwest coast, the villa offers panoramic views of the sparkling blue sea, several islands and the surrounding countryside. In fact, it is no exaggeration to say that the views – especially at sunset – defy description. Standing on a large plot of private land (5,600 m2) planted with olive, fig, almond and wild pear trees, the villa comprises three separate living spaces, making it the perfect choice for one or two families or a group of friends wishing to enjoy the Greek summer in absolute privacy but within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and shops. An ancient path that passes right outside the villa leads to sandy Vathy beach (20 min. downhill, a little longer uphill), while it is just a 20 min. drive to the island’s port (Kamares), a 10 min. drive to the main town (Apollonia) and a 10 min. drive to tavernas and bars in Vathy.

The newly built villa (320 m2) was completed in 2022 to very high construction standards using only natural materials, including stone from Sifnos and marble from Crete.
The largest of the three living quarters has a 100 m2 lounge with an open kitchen and seven massive windows affording amazing views of the sea and mountains. The lounge opens onto the saltwater swimming pool and a large, shaded sitting area. This unit has three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The master bedroom is on the upper level with its own terrace overlooking Vathy. The other two bedrooms are mountain facing on the lower level, have a connecting door, and can be accessed from inside or outside. All three bedrooms are 35 m2 and furnished with a queen-size bed.
The second residential unit has two 25 m2 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and queen-size bed. Accessed from the garden outside, both bedrooms have a private shaded terrace with views of the sea and nearby islands.
The third unit has two bedrooms (total area 54 m2), one large bathroom and a kitchenette. Opening onto a private terrace, these rooms are also accessed from the garden and furnished with four single beds that can be combined to form two king-size beds.
Outside, the beautifully landscaped courtyard (400 m2) has been planted with mature olive, carob and wild pear trees that provide shelter from the wind. In addition to the pool, this outdoor space also features a cooking station with BBQ and two separate dining areas for up to 16 guests.
