Standing in a beautifully landscaped garden on over 1 hectare of private land at Ano Manna near the settlement of Chroussa, this lovingly restored former farm property offers guests complete seclusion but also close proximity to picturesque villages, inviting beaches and the main town of Ermoupoli. The elevated position affords uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside, the sea, Ano Syros and the islands of Tinos and Mykonos. When not relaxing by the pool or dining at a nearby taverna, guests can enjoy a number of activities in the area, including horseback riding, sailing, diving and hiking.

The former farmhouse and its outbuildings, originally constructed before the 1930s, have been tastefully restored throughout with respect for tradition but at the same time with a playful, whimsical touch.
The main house has a bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen, dining room, office, bathroom/WC and is air-conditioned. Of the smaller houses clustered around it, one has a double bed and the other two have twin beds. Designed to offer a degree of independent living, each has ceiling fans and a shower/WC, one has a kitchen, while the other two are equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. Each house has its own unique atmosphere, with the interiors perhaps best described as a "cabinet of curiosities", intriguingly decorated with lithographs, ceramics, ship models, posters, old toys, seashells and mirrors.
In addition to the accommodation, there is also an old threshing floor that can be used as a makeshift theatre or space for dance, fun and games, a swimming pool for refreshing dips, terraces overlooking the nearby valleys and hills, a 45 m2 pergola-shaded area with a large table which can be used for seminars and workshops, even a small chapel. While apart from the natural vegetation, the extensive garden has been further enhanced with the addition of an olive grove, fig trees, orange and lemon trees, and more recently a small vineyard.
In 2020 an independent studio was added to the premises that accommodates extra 2 guests with fully equipped kitchen and outdoor sitting area with vine and sea views.
