The villa is located at tranquil Koundouros on the island’s southwest coast. Perched atop a hill that marks the highest point in the settlement, the villa’s SW orientation affords spectacular 1800 vistas of the exquisite natural setting, with some truly dramatic sea views at sunset. The residence stands in private grounds of 0.7 hectares, which contain the ruins of an ancient watchtower.
Just five minutes away by car, there are three recreational beaches with skiing, canoeing and paddleboats, but also several sheltered sandy coves. After exploring the picturesque countryside along meandering footpaths, villa guests can savour authentic dishes and fine local wines at nearby traditional tavernas.

Stylishly built from the island’s native stone, the villa’s two-level traditional construction blends seamlessly into the natural landscape. Opening onto extensive verandas, the entrance level accommodates a spacious lounge with large fireplace and adjoining dining area, a comfortable TV room, fully equipped kitchen, guest WC and two double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom.
On the pool level, there are two more double bedrooms, one ensuite and the other with its own bathroom just outside. There is also a charming guesthouse with two large bedrooms, one with two built-in single beds and in an adjacent room 1 double bed and a commodious bathroom, along with a kitchenette (small refrigerator, coffee machine, hot plates).
The wood and stone-dominated interiors throughout the villa are tastefully decorated and imaginatively furnished with authentic vintage pieces and a number of intriguing antiques.
The beautifully maintained outdoor areas - featuring an oversized infinity pool surrounded by a stone-paved sun terrace, a covered veranda with large table and a shaded sitting area with elegant garden furniture - are ideal for dining, socialising and general relaxation in comfort and complete privacy.
